Ember Support

Ember automatically syncs your habits across all your Apple devices using iCloud. Just make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on all devices — sync happens automatically. You can check sync status or manually trigger a sync from Settings > Data.

Ember includes Vacation Planning! You can pause your habits during vacations without breaking your streaks. Go to Settings > Premium > Vacation Planning and tap + to create a vacation period. Set your dates and choose which habits to pause — your streaks will be protected while you're away.

To restore your Premium purchase, go to Settings > Premium and tap on your current plan. In the sheet that opens, tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If you have any issues, please contact us with your purchase receipt.

Yes! Ember supports multiple completions per day. When creating or editing a habit, you can set a daily target (e.g., "Drink 8 glasses of water"). Tap the right side of the habit card to add a completion, or the left side to subtract one.

Ember offers multiple ways to protect your data: iCloud Sync automatically keeps your habits backed up across all your devices, and you can create a manual backup anytime from Settings > Data > Export Backup. We recommend enabling iCloud Sync and creating periodic manual backups for maximum safety.

You can set up custom reminders for each habit. Edit any habit and scroll to the Reminders section. You can set different reminder times for different days of the week. Make sure to allow notifications in your device's Settings for Ember to receive reminders.

Milestone Icons are special app icons you unlock by maintaining your login streak! There are 14 tiers to collect: Wood (3 days), Coal (7), Quartz (14), Bronze (30), Silver (50), Gold (75), Purple Gold (100), Ruby (150), Sapphire (250), Topaz (365), Emerald (500), Diamond (730), Mythical (875), and the legendary Legend icon at 1,000 days. Check your progress in Settings > Premium > App Icon.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings app > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Ember > Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
