How do I scan a product?

Open the app and point your camera at a product's barcode. The app will automatically detect and scan the barcode, then display information about the product and its company.

What if a product isn't found?

Not all products are in our database. You can try searching by brand name, or use the photo feature to identify products visually.

How accurate is the information?

We strive for accuracy, but product databases may contain errors or outdated information. Company ownership structures can change over time.

Does the app work offline?

The app requires an internet connection to look up product information. However, your scan history is stored locally and viewable offline.

How do I delete my scan history?

Go to Settings within the app and select the option to clear your scan history. Your history is stored only on your device.
